What does the 2% listing fee mean?
Sellers who list with Jake pay a 2% listing-side fee under the terms of their signed listing agreement. It is not a promise of total transaction costs: any buyer-agent compensation, concessions, closing costs, and third-party fees are separate and negotiable. Ask Jake for a written net-sheet review.
Can Jake help with both buying and selling?
Yes. Jake works with buyers and sellers and can help coordinate a sale and purchase together, compare neighborhoods, evaluate current market data, and plan the steps from preparation through closing.
Are the neighborhood price figures a home valuation?
No. Published figures are dated, third-party market context with their geographic limits disclosed. They are not an appraisal or a comparative market analysis for your home. Ask Jake for current comparable sales and a property-specific valuation.
How do I get a current list of homes for sale?
